Mr Carpenter and Cassandra gave us time and assistance by helping us get to waiting area. Cassandra treated us with dignity and respect. Cassandra offered us coffee and snacks. Cassandra made me an excellent specialty coffee and my husband asked her for orange juice. Cassandra is the best Southern Belle this side of the Atlantic. Mr Carpenter was direct and ver informative. ***Updated**** Spoke to Leon, he’s a GM there and he corrected the problem, was very professional and respectful. When you have a major issue come up like I did it’s good to know that they have someone there who can get to a solution and work with you not against you. The issue I had was: no one checked on the payoff for the trade in until I called my bank and asked why it was still listed as active? Then when I called World Car, I explained to the receptionist the problem and told them I wasn’t going to call back or wait for a callback because this wasn’t trivial. The person who jumped on the phone (Edward)refused to identify his position at the dealership and then gave nothing but attitude in responses. When I showed up at the dealership 2 hours later Edward didn’t even have the decency to identify himself or offer assistance. ***They need more Heather’s(our salesperson) and Leon’s(the GM) at World Car, fewer Edward’s***
