“ I came into World Car due to my normal garage after changing my oil and running diagnostics, told me my battery was shot and might still be under warranty for replacement. I contacted world car and they said to bring it in. Armand took great care of me at Word Car Nissan. He told me there was a 2hr wait and he would get to it as soon as possible. After about an hour and a half, Armand came to me and asked me to follow him to the garage. He pointed out that my oil cap was not replaced after my garage changed the oil and oil was all over the engine compartment. He said he would take care of it as well as replace the battery. After about another hour, my car was finished, Armand had topped off the oil, cleaned the engine compartment as well as the outside of the car. He also replaced the battery as promised. All of this for no charge!!! Thank you Armand and World Car Nissan for taking care of me and my care. ”

“ I wanted to take the time to thank Mr. Massad Hannawi Service advisor! Amazing Experience!! About 1 month ago I had my car towed to World Car Nissan because my keyless entry was not connecting with the car, Unfortunately the Service Advisor that I was Interacting with went home because she was not feeling well. I needed my car fixed right away so I decided to go in person to see what could be done. I was worried because it was already late in the afternoon and I did not know if I would be receiving my car the same day. When I got there I was greeted by one of the service advisors and he took over the matter and I was able to get my car looked at fixed within less than an hour. World car Nissan has amazing teamwork, but teamwork can only be acquired if the team members step in to help one another. Mr. Massad Hannawi (the service rep) went above and beyond to make sure I had a peace of mind and I completely felt the problem would get fixed. I am sure the other service Representatives are amazing however, I would recommend Mr. Massad Hannawi, his professionalism is remarkable and due to the way he presented himself, assured me and delivered his promise is worth recommending and acknowledging him.
