The overall experience at the dealership was great. The Manager, Edward was nice and welcoming. My salesman Donnelle was fantastic. They don?t get much better than him. This is the third car I have purchased from World Car and I think this experience was meh. The car salesman was fairly new and I get that. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt but I rather deal with the manager. Damon was perfect and was willing to out of his way to help me. I am still waiting on getting my car's window tint and this seems to be an issue. I guess we will see this week if this happens.

I had an EBS recall for my 2017 Rogue so I made an appointment. I had another issue with my USB as it stopped working to charge my phone. I dropped the car off in the morning and asked if it would be ready by the evening and was told yes it would be ready. There was a number to call or text to check on my car. I tried to text first about 2:30 that afternoon to find out how it was going but did not receive a reply. So about an hour later I tried to call and the Operator took a message but never did hear anything. Then my husband called and same thing, message but no return call. So I tried again about 4:30 with a text still no reply. So my husband and I went to the Dealership at about 5:45 and just as I was about to get out of the car I received a message that said if we could leave the car overnight as it was not ready. Well I was upset that I didn't get a response before we got to the dealership. My husband asked about a rental but for some reason they are very hesitant on rentals and usually do not have any available. It was only an hour before the service was closing so she said that she could check to see if anyone was turning one in and we didn't really feel like waiting around for an hour to see if one would be available. Well anyway I picked up my car the following morning. The USB was not fixed. I was told that it doesn't charge phones. What? What is it used for then? It was charging up my phone for about a year but stopped working. Maybe a blown fuse? No one wanted to fix it so It still doesn't work to charge up my phone.

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and caring. We could tell that, while they were doing their jobs to sell cars, the staff was also truly concerned about our needs and desires.
