She was thorough, she was kind and her happy, fun demeanor was a blessing during a stressful time. Michael was our finance advisor through the process and he was amazing. His communication was clear and he was such a joy to work with. Malcom was the final member of World Car Nissan we dealt with and he was very welcoming and made the final part of the process quick and painless. Overall, in a time of anxiousness and uncertainty, they did everything to make sure I left that lot with a car I would be happy with, I would absolutely return and send anyone I know looking for a vehicle to World Car Nissan. 10/10 facility, staff and service. My saleswoman was Sylvia and she was an Angel. She was extremely patient with me as I looked at 6 different cars and came back two days later after thinking about it. She even gave me her honest opinion about the cars and I appreciate that very much. I was able to leave with my brand new 2026 Nissan Sentra because of her. If she wasn’t my salesperson I probably wouldn’t have bought a car. I told my family and friends to ask for Sylvia if they ever stop by. Thank you Sylvia and you’re amazing at your job. Kenneth was professional and did an awesome job keeping me informed on what was happening with my truck through the process. When I arrived a heavy set gentleman with facial hair approached me and when I asked for Kenneth he upbruptly told me there was no Kenneth and he had been gone for weeks… I asked if there was an appointment in my name because that is who I made the appointment with on Monday and he realized there was another new person named Kenneth… to be honest, I would not return to World Car for service again if Kenneth didn’t make the experience great once hd got involved. I know some people have bad days but this was my first experience with your service department and I didn’t appreciate how I was greeted or talk to by the First Gentleman

I bought my car in August 2025. I was told that I would get two free oil changes and one free tire rotation in December. I got my oil changed and was told by the man to come back next time for the free tire rotation and second free oil change. I came back today and I was charged for both and an air filter. I didn’t ask for what a scam I will not be back.

This place is a hot mess. The manager had us sitting there for several hours over the span of two days only to quote my son one price, then attempt to upsell him something he knew he could not afford. Yeah, I know it’s a used car dealership, but that doesn’t mean you should act like it. Complete lack of integrity. I really hope you’re not proud of the way you conduct business. It’s no wonder your uppers call meetings to tell you that you suck.

Not a dealer of their word they ran my credit and told me to not worry no money needed to hold the truck I wanted everything was set since I was traveling for it and no they ended up selling it. Bad manager services and very bad customer service.

As I've stated earlier, I will continue to give one star reviews to this dealership every time I receive a call from them. Someone there needs to tell Rose to stop calling me and leaving voicemails. STOP CALLING ME!

I chose not to buy a truck from them and bought one elsewhere. But they keep calling me incessantly. I've left messages and spoke with two people to remove me from their call list. I've blocked the number but they use up my voicemail. I feel harassed by this company and I am certain I will never darken the doors of this dealership ever again. STOP CALLING ME! Every time I get a phone call from this dealership, I will drop a 1 Star rating on Google
