My saleswoman was Sylvia and she was an Angel. She was extremely patient with me as I looked at 6 different cars and came back two days later after thinking about it. She even gave me her honest opinion about the cars and I appreciate that very much. I was able to leave with my brand new 2026 Nissan Sentra because of her. Also the Nissan we bought from Manny Gs I would take there and few times once they didnt tighten the lug nuts after rotating the tires we drove all the way to south side with the dam truck shaking we had to tighten them ourselves. Nothing bad happened to us lucky us . I told the service guy he was like oh sorry.I know there was nothing to be done about it but that shouldn't happen. Anyway I'm just upset I have to pay to get my vehicle fixed 😒 I understand the risk that used vehicles can have problems and need to be fixed but dam can I have it at least a year .This is the first used vehicle I had a problem with within the first months of buying it.

When you buy a car, you expect a certain standard of trust and reliability. Unfortunately, Nissan has really fallen short on that front. From my experience, they seem more interested in making a sale than ensuring that their cars are genuinely reliable and safe for the long term. It really feels like they just hand over the keys and move on, leaving you to deal with issues that should never have been there in the first place. In short, it’s been a disappointing and frankly frustrating ride, and I think others should be aware of how little reliability they might get if they trust Nissan.

Worst service ever, hands down. I encouraged my daughter to buy a Nissan based on my extensive experience with the brand. I still stand behind Nissan, but definitely not World Car! She has had her car in several times, they still have not fixed the problem. They say they are waiting on a part (for 3 months now!) but can't give us any update on when it will be in. They do not communicate with us. When they do work on the car they empty the storage compartments for access and just throw things all over the car. They don't bother to put it back when they are through. We have talked to numerous service writers, the service manager, a sales manager and the general manager. They all promise to get back with us and yet we are still waiting. The car was bought used, with an extended warranty. The only problem is that the warranty is only good at their dealership! I can't tell you how many cars I have bought in my 50 years of driving history. I have worked for a car dealer, owned a dealership, been a fleet buyer in addition to buying countless vehicles for me and my family. I have dealt with dealerships all over Texas. World Car is by far the worst!!
