I think you saw me coming. As in I wanted a new car, and you got me one. But after I got home I did some math and with my total payments, I'll be paying $26,000 for a car that was supposed to be have a huge discount on it. It was really only discounted about $1,000. Not $5,000 like the manager was showing me.

It took longer than expected. I did not really like the GM but our sales lady was beyond what I expected. F and I clerk was spot on fast and very nice. We bought 2 Nissan cars. This will be 5 total in 3 years. Love the cars. But would like better out of a GM when loyal Nissan customers want to buy. Rob and Jakinsha were beyond what I expected. Will I return to World car Nissan in the future? We will see in 3 yrs. or less.

Swift, courteous, and highly professional. Out of all the various times I’ve bought a car, this place gave me the smoothest experience! My salesman was Charles Shelton. Very calm, straight forward person. He was very informative and was direct in pointing out any minor flaws in the vehicle I was interested in (a few small scratches). Usually I’m extremely stressed out when dealing with buying a car, but to my surprise I was comfortable through the process and happy to get a great deal!

I got some really bad news (in my opinion) My fan to cool the engine was broken and would cost around $1000 to get fixed. Being that I just bought the vehicle from yall a yr ago in August i was really upset about it but Massad was able to give me some advice and help me out! He went above and beyond to help me out and I truly appreciate it! There is a little lack of communication but overall my experience was a great one!

Great professional people. They commit two Representatives for each customer so that the customer is always getting great service.
